At Balaji Grand Bazar, we are committed to providing you with the freshest groceries and highest quality daily essentials. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Returns Policy
Return windows vary depending on the product category:
- Fresh Perishables: Must be checked and returned at the exact time of delivery.
- Packaged Foods & Staples: Can be returned within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-Food Items: Can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
All eligible items must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order free of charge before the store initiates processing:
- Cancellations are fully permitted within 30 minutes of placing your order.
- If packaging has begun, a cancellation fee of up to ₹50 may apply.

4. Refund Procedures
- Digital Payments: Refunds credited within 3 to 5 business days.
- COD / Store Wallet: Refunds credited immediately to Store Wallet or verified UPI.
